As rune legends go, the runes were a gift of god to Odin and a gift of Odin to man. Found or granted after he hung himself upside down on one leg in meditation.
And to find then, an understanding of self & divinity. In the tarot, the card number 12 of the Hanged Man. In the Major Arcana of the soul stands for Odin. And man’s path in achieving his great work.
In the Indian occult system, this is called Siddhi. Or a mystic achievement. Usually associated with divine powers, much like the intuition of Odin.
In most people’s lives, this cyclical great work implied by the Hanged Man stands for an achievement of station or goal in their lives. Their life’s mountain of achievement if you will.
Although originally usually Siddhi is reserved in reference to manta, tantric or discipline related powers as a word of ability. The origin of the word however, refers to an interesting star.
Vindiamatrix - Epsilon Virgo
Vindiamatrix is known as the fruit plucking herald, in the constellation of the Virgo.
However in Indian Astronomy, she is known as Siddhi or Sawari.
She holds the power to transport gods and sages to the stars and back, amongst other mysterious skills.
She is also the wife of the sage Matanga (Matanga means elephant), and in the Indian Epic Ramayana, Rama & his consorts visit their hermitage along the western shores of Pampa.
Runes
Runes have long since also been associated with magic and have a lot of natural lore to them. Each rune is a talisman in itself, referencing a god, Demi-god or natural force.
The shapes of energy in the signs a reflection of how inner energy moves in spirit currents.
And as such, even despite so few in number as compared to other methods, their divination is considered quite powerful indeed.
There are a few rune readings you can find on this site, with more likely added with time. (and flair.)

"
This soaring, sacred thirst, Ambassador of bliss, approached first.
Making a place in me That made me apt to prize, and taste, and see.
For not the objects, but the sense Of things doth bliss to Souls dispense,
And make it, Lord, like Thee. Sense, feeling, taste, complacency, and sight,
These are the true and real joys,
The living, flowing inward, melting, bright, And Heavenly pleasures; all the rest are toys:
All which are founded in Desire, As light in flame and heat in fire.
