As rune legends go, the runes were a gift of god to Odin and a gift of Odin to man. Found or granted after he hung himself upside down on one leg in meditation.
And to find then, an understanding of self & divinity. In the tarot, the card number 12 of the Hanged Man. In the Major Arcana of the soul stands for Odin. And man’s path in achieving his great work.
In the Indian occult system, this is called Siddhi. Or a mystic achievement. Usually associated with divine powers, much like the intuition of Odin.
In most people’s lives, this cyclical great work implied by the Hanged Man stands for an achievement of station or goal in their lives. Their life’s mountain of achievement if you will.
Although originally usually Siddhi is reserved in reference to manta, tantric or discipline related powers as a word of ability. The origin of the word however, refers to an interesting star.
Vindiamatrix - Epsilon Virgo
Vindiamatrix is known as the fruit plucking herald, in the constellation of the Virgo.
However in Indian Astronomy, she is known as Siddhi or Sawari.
She holds the power to transport gods and sages to the stars and back, amongst other mysterious skills.
She is also the wife of the sage Matanga (Matanga means elephant), and in the Indian Epic Ramayana, Rama & his consorts visit their hermitage along the western shores of Pampa.
Runes
Runes have long since also been associated with magic and have a lot of natural lore to them. Each rune is a talisman in itself, referencing a god, Demi-god or natural force.
The shapes of energy in the signs a reflection of how inner energy moves in spirit currents.
And as such, even despite so few in number as compared to other methods, their divination is considered quite powerful indeed.
English Name: Unknowable
The Blank Rune means the unknowable and unseen are active in your life at this time. In the beginning there was nothing, and in the end, nothing remains. Control can not be used on that which does not yet exist. As with the Fool in the Tarot, you may have to leap over the precipice into the void. But do so empty-handed and with utter faith. What becons is the creative power of the unknown.
There are a few rune readings you can find on this site, with more likely added with time. (and flair.)

A coat of quotes and passing poetry
"From the Bhagavata Gita :
"Then, filled with wonder, with hairs standing on end, he, Dhananjaya, (Arjuna), bowing down with his head to the Lord, said with folded hands.Arjuna said: O God, I see in Your body all the gods as also hosts of (various) classes of beings; Brahma the ruler, sitting on a lotus seat, and all the heavenly sages and serpents.I see You as possessed of numerous arms, bellies, mouths and eyes; as having infinite forms all around. O Lord of the Universe, O Cosmic Person, I see not Your limit nor the middle, nor again the beginning!I see You as wearing a crown, wielding a mace, and holding a disc; a mass of brilliance glowing all around, difficult to look at from all sides, possessed of the radiance of the blazing fire, and immeasurable as the sun.You are the Immutable, the supreme One to be known; You are the most perfect repository of this Universe. You are the Imperishable, the Protector of the ever-existing religion; You are the eternal Person. This is my belief.I see You as without beginning, middle and end, possessed of infinite valour, having innumerable arms, having the sun and the moon as eyes, having a mouth like a blazing fire, and heating up this Universe by Your own brilliance. Those very groups of gods enter into You; struck with fear, some extol (You) with joined palms. Groups of great sages and perfected beings praise You with elaborate hymns, saying 'May it be!’" - Chapter 11, Bhagavada Gita.Scene from the Bhagavada Gita as Krishna, the charioteer shows his god-form to the archer hero Arjuna at the field of battle. The Bhagavada Gita is one of the holy books of the Hindu pantheon in India. And this painting and poetry are a scene from the epic battle Mahabharata as Krishna takes on his all powerful form, known as Virat Swaroop."
