Several mudras are even common in classical dance poses, hasta yoga practices, or may have even been seen in various god-poses in art-forms of blessing throughout Indian or Asian Bodhisatva histories.
In these workshops, we will first look at basic meditation techniques or visualisations, and then dive into the world of Mudras or hand-gestures. Starting with the very easy and useful ones, then once familiar even the advanced mudras so powerful, they are practically considered tantric.
