Osho in his pack called it comparison. It is a point in the mental process that the perspective itself that becomes that of a defeatist.
At the same time, there is something it is fixated upon.The comparison indicated in this card is that it in evaluating the situation by an unfair yardstick or standards. And in doing so, the results would always beget an unclear view.
There is a selfishness reflected in this card, and that colours it to limitation to its perspective. The mind causes a disconnect to the things surrounding it, and to self. This disconnect can only be repaired by stepping away from the mental process momentarily and being mindful thereafter.
There is a merchant-mind mentality indicated that is always looking at the next gain, blinding clarity from the potential treasures within one’s reach. In altering the view of looking at the world around, would suffice to make all the difference.
Going your own way regardless of disturbance by others. Imposing your will on adversaries who are weaker.
A failure to change things by brute force. A possibility of loss through unfair, or perhaps illegal, practices.
A possible misreading of a sensitive situation resulting in a difficult emotional problem.
The sudden separation of someone close.
This is essentially the sign of needing to rectify a bad idea, either on the current course of action or intended action. This is a sign that the current line of thinking needs to be abandoned.
